We stand behind every piece we make. If your jewelry fades, tarnishes, or breaks — at any point, for the life of the piece — we'll replace it at no cost.

Fading, tarnishing, and loss of plating

Breakage — snapped chains, broken clasps, bent or cracked components

Pearls or stones that come loose or fall out

Manufacturing and material defects

WHAT ISN'T COVERED

Lost and stolen pieces are the only things we can't replace. If you still have the piece, we've got you.

WHICH PIECES ARE COVERED

Every piece we ship — retail orders, Keep Her Spoiled boxes, and complimentary pieces including anything you received at no charge.

BUILT FOR REAL LIFE

Our pieces are 100% waterproof and made to be worn. Sweat in them, swim in them, sleep in them. The warranty is there because we expect you to.

MAKING A CLAIM

Email us at support@poppypearl.shop. Send us a photo of the piece along with your order number. We'll confirm your replacement from there and ship it at no cost — you won't need to send the original back.

Natural light works best for the photo, and we just need to see the part that's worn or damaged.
