What comes in your box, how billing works, and how to change or cancel your membership.

 

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Each Keep Her Spoiled box contains a curated selection of jewelry — necklaces, bracelets, earrings, or coordinating sets — with a retail value well above the box price. The selection changes from box to box.

Keep Her Spoiled is currently a gold-only subscription.

 

YOUR WELCOME GIFT

If your first box includes a complimentary welcome gift. This is a first-box gift and isn't included in renewal boxes.

 

BILLING AND RENEWALS

Keep Her Spoiled renews automatically on your chosen schedule until you cancel. You'll be charged on your renewal date at the rate shown at signup.

 

CANCELING

You can cancel any time before your renewal charge processes — through Manage Membership at the bottom of our site, or by contacting us and we'll handle it for you.

Once an order has processed and entered fulfillment, we're unable to cancel or refund it. You're welcome to return the box after delivery under our standard Return Policy.

 

RETURNING A BOX

Keep Her Spoiled boxes are returned as a complete box, within 30 days of your order date, for store credit equal to the amount you were charged.

 

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CREDITS

Subscription credits stay on your account if you cancel. They remain valid until their expiry date, so they'll be waiting if you decide to come back. See Credits & Rewards for full terms.

 

YOUR PIECES ARE COVERED FOR LIFE

Every piece in every box carries our Lifetime Warranty, including your welcome Huggie Earrings — and it stays in force whether or not you're still a member.

If a piece fades, tarnishes, or breaks, send us a photo of the piece along with your order number.

We'll confirm your replacement from there and ship it at no cost — you won't need to send the original back.
