Refunds as Store Credit Only

Poppy Pearl does not offer refunds to the original payment method. All approved returns will be refunded as store credit in the form of a digital gift card, which can be used toward any future purchase.

🔄 Easy, Free Returns

We proudly offer free returns on all orders. If you’d like to send an item back, simply visit our returns portal and we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label — no restocking fees, no return shipping costs.

• Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging.

• Returns can be requested within 30 days of the order date.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit via gift card within 3 or less business days to the email used for the original order.

📦 Exchanges

Because all refunds are processed as store credit, we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you can use your store credit to place a new order for the piece you’d like.
