Credits and Rewards Policy

Three ways to have value on your account, and what each one does.

SUBSCRIPTION CREDITS

Subscription credits apply to Keep Her Spoiled boxes. You can apply them to your upcoming box from your customer portal. Credits apply in full rather than in parts, and expire six months from the date they were issued.

Your credits remain on your account if you cancel your subscription.

REWARDS POINTS

Rewards points are earned on retail purchases and redeemed toward retail orders. You can redeem points in partial amounts. Points expire after 365 days without any points activity on your account.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is issued for approved returns as a digital gift card, and it can be used anywhere on our website. Spend it in one order or across several — any remaining balance stays on the card.

Store credit is valid for five years from the date it's issued.

GENERAL

Subscription credits and rewards points are tied to your account and aren't transferable. None of the three are redeemable for cash.
